Upper East Side Apartment

This renovation of an Upper East Side kitchen, den, and primary bathroom was completed in early 2026. The kitchen and den were fully fitted out with custom Space Theory cabinetry to make better use of the space for both cooking and lounging. The bathroom was entirely gutted and rearranged to make better use of a very limited footprint. A fresh palette of tile and oak millwork creates a calming and materially rich finished space.
